What is your return policy?
When you purchase an item online via our website CupOfBamboo.com, we always offer you a 14 days right of return. This means that you can send back your unused item within 14 days and get your money back. Note that the cost of shipping for the return is at buyers expense.
How long will it take to get my order?
We have a current delivery time of 3-4 working days within Thailand (depending on volume) and around 7-17 days to the rest of the world. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping can take longer time than expected.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all over the world from our base in Thailand. Note that your order may be subject to customs duties and/or other taxes when it arrives to your country. Fees that may occur when importing falls on the buyer to pay.
What are the payment options?
On CupOfBamboo.com you can choose to pay with PayPal, with a direct bank transfer or if you are located in Thailand, you can even choose to pay cash upon delivery.
